EBB & FLOW FULL MOON WATER RETREAT - MAY 14, 7:00 PM Join us for a restorative water retreat on the Full Moon. We begin our evening together with gentle yin yoga postures around the indoor heated pool, along with some Thai bodywork to help release tension and nourish your body from inside out. You will be invited into the warm water for aquatic yoga to balance the sacral and heart chakras, and allow your nervous system to release and reset. We will end with a floating savasana where you will experience a water healing that includes reiki and sound therapy. This event will be facilitated by Brenna Miller and Kristen Bala. FIRE MOON FLOATING SOUND BATH - MAY 30, 7:00 PM Join us at The Deep End indoor pool to experience a “sound bath of all sound baths,” with Kathleen Hubbard, sound therapist and Kristen Bala, astrologer. We’ll get fired up on a Friday night under a crescent moon in Leo and talk about one of the biggest alignments of the year - Neptune and Saturn enter the sign of Aries and what that means for you in 2025. Then we’ll relax in the calming warm waters of the pool for a sound bath including crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, shakers and ocean chimes. You will have the opportunity to choose your own Himalayan bowl to be rested on your body to activate specific chakra points. We will have three Reiki energy-workers who will be working on guests during the event. There will be a warm cozy fire and the water will be a warm 90+ degrees. CELLO FLOATING SOUND PORTAL - JULY 18, 7:00 PM Join Astrologer Kristen Bala and Sound Healing Cellist Kristen Miller for an unforgettable evening of community, deep relaxation, and transformation. We will begin with a community circle, intention setting, and astrology exploration, followed by a deep relaxation cello, chanting, and himalayan singing bowl sound bath while floating in the warmed pool. We will discuss one of the biggest astrological transits of the year, when Uranus, the planet of rebellion enters the sign of Gemini, representing a huge seven year shift. The evening will incorporate a sacred water blessing from Nepal, and you will be given the space to come more deeply into yourself and your body, letting the sounds and vibrations of the music help you release and integrate whatever is ready to flow more harmoniously in your system.
